Our employees, most of whom are Montana natives, are highly trained individuals who are no strangers to working with equipment, specialized materials, suppliers, subcontractors, budgets, architects, engineers and stringent schedules. No matter how big or small your plans are, we have the people to make your project a reality.

Wadsworth Officers

Heidi Wadsworth, President/CFO

Heidi WadsworthAs the company comptroller for more than 15 years, Heidi is the one who always knows what’s going on in the Wadsworth world. She keeps the organization headed in the right direction, being actively involved both in the business and out in the community. Heidi holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.S. in Accounting, both from the University of Great Falls. A member of the Montana Contractors Association and the Construction Financial Management Association, Heidi is also very active in community programs including activities at the Great Falls Public Schools.

Colton Fatz, Vice-President

Colton FatzColton is a Great Falls, Montana native who managed the Irrigation division of our company for more than 15 years. Beginning in 2011, Colton also stepped up to take on added responsibility as a corporate officer. In addition, Colton brings his years of management experience as our Operations Manager. Colton is a valuable asset to the management team and has a proven track record of satisfied customers. When not serving Wadsworth Builders, Colton can often be found out in the community volunteering his valuable time as youth soccer coach.

Project Superintendents

Dennis Berczyk, Project Superintendent

Dennis BerczykDennis is a Montana native with over 21 years of residential, industrial, commercial and military experience. His energetic and enthusiastic approach on all projects ensures they will be done on time and under budget. Dennis’ ability to foresee potential problems and quick response time ensures every project is done efficiently and correctly – every time. Dennis has his Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Drafting from MSU-Northern and also has a Corps of Engineers Quality Management Certification.

Brian Cook, Project Superintendent

Brian CookBrian is a Great Falls, Montana native whom as a young professional keeps several of our company’s vital functions working like a finely tuned machine. Brian ensures that the proper tools, inventory and vehicle fleets are maintained, scheduled and delivered to and from the job sites, as required to meet the demanding workloads, and schedules for the projects, as set forth by the superintendents and project managers. Brian’s background in these areas stretches back some 10+ years, enhanced by a skilled mechanical background.

Office Staff

Ron Petzak, Project Manager/Estimator

Ron PetzakRon is a 30-year Montanan with over 28 years experience in a variety of construction projects ranging from residential, commercial, industrial and military building projects, to bridge projects. With more than a quarter century of experience behind him, there is not a project that Ron can’t handle. Ron has a strong persistence in quality control, having been the exclusive quality control manager on several multi-million dollar military facilities in the last few years, including at least one major design-build project. Ron is accustomed to working closely with the people, equipment and materials necessary to deliver a quality project. Ron holds an American Institute of Concrete Certification, as well as a Corps of Engineers Quality Management Certification.
